Can the hauler enter my house or backyard?
No. Rapido is exterior curbside-only service.
What if my items are already gone?
Contact Rapido immediately. A failed-pickup fee may apply after a hauler has traveled to the location.
What happens to the items?
After pickup, the independent hauler may lawfully reuse, repair, resell, donate, recycle or dispose of collected items.
